| The Ten Commandments for Rules of Conduct (ROC): |
|
1. You shall not make characters or forum IDs with abusive names. Any accounts in violation of this may be blocked immediately without any prior warnings.
2. You shall be civil and polite to others at all times. Please don't use sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive language.
3. You shall not hack other player's game or forum accounts. We may pursue such cases legally if we see fit.
4. You shall not market, promote, advertise, or solicit any businesses, commodities or services within the game or forums. Only we can do that ^_^
5. You shall not post or communicate any player's (including yourself) real world information (name, address, account name, etc.) through the game or forum. Your account is your responsibility alone and you will be held accountable for it.
6. You shall not make false claims. We will find out eventually if a claim is genuine. Save us both the trouble.
7. You shall not spam, flood or send duplicate messages repeatedly to others and the GMs either in the game or the forum. GMs cannot provide any in-game items no matter how many times you ask.
8. You shall not scam. Please don't cheat or mislead other players in any way. Remember GMs and Zapak employees will never ask for your password.
9. You shall not impersonate or defame GMs, Zapak Employees or their affiliates in any way.
10. You shall not (i) modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Program or the Service; (ii) create or use cheats, bots, "mods", and/or hacks, or any other third-party software designed to modify the Crazy Kart; or (iii) use any third-party software that intercepts, "mines", or otherwise collects information from or through the Program or the Service; (iv) use or exploit errors in design, features which have not been documented, and/or "program bugs" to gain access that is otherwise not available, or to obtain a competitive advantage over other players; Please report any bugs you find immediately to us here.
Breaking any of the Ten Commandments will be dealt severely.

| Violations and Penalties |
|
Racing isn't all you can do in Crazy Kart - you'll also be meeting and interacting with hundreds and thousands of other racers from all over. It's important to make sure that everybody has a good time in the game just like you would want to.
Treat those around you the way you would like to be treated - with respect and consideration. We hope you will not be like some racers who try to create trouble and disrupt the game for everyone else.
If you see anyone disobeying the rules of the game, please report them to us by taking a screenshot as proof (press F4 and check your CK directory for the file) and sending it to customercare@crazykart.in with a brief explanation. |

Important:
1. Please read & understand the Terms of Use and rules and regulations of the game. Ignorance of the rules will not be considered a reason to be excused from penalties.
2. The management of Crazy Kart/Zapak reserves the right to alter the above rules and regulations at any time without prior notice, and to enforce penalties for any behaviour considered inappropriate but not explicitly mentioned, in any way it sees fit.
3. Crazy Kart GMs and Zapak employees do not have any obligation to present any proof/explanation for penalties applied to any accounts.
4. All the penalties listed above can be applied individually or together if the player has committed multiple offences.
5. The management of Crazy Kart/Zapak reserves the right to evaluate every incident on a case to case basis, meaning actions taken in one case may differ from those previously taken with other cases of similar nature. |

| Who are the Crazy Kart GMs? |
|
Game-Masters (GMs) are employees of Zapak who exist to make Crazy Kart as fun for all you Racers as they possibly can! GMs work hard to help you out with any problems or questions. They also make sure the rules are being followed, organize events and see to it that the game is thrilling, fair, and fun.
The following is the list of GMs currently in Crazy Kart:
- GM-Force
- GM-Velocity
- GM-Turbo
- GM-Friction
- GM-Power
- GM-Torque
- GM-Comet
- GM-Pace
- GM-Zoom
We're there to help you out with any problems or doubts regarding the game. However, you also have to remember a few things:
1. Please treat GMs with the same respect and courtesy that you show to other players. If you abuse or refuse to comply with a GM's request, you can be banned permanently from the game.
2. Do not make an account with a name similar to a GM's name. You will be banned straight away if you are caught.
3. GMs are not allowed to give out their personal info to anyone so don't ask them and don't believe anyone who tells you they know them!
4. GMs will not give out items or money to anyone, no matter how much you beg or plead.
5. GMs or Zapak employees will NEVER ask for your account details or password for any reason! If you see anyone doing this take a screenshot of the chat-box immediately and send it to customercare@crazykart.in so we can look into it. |

| How to Safeguard and Protect Your Crazy Kart Account |
|
Keep your account as safe as possible by following these simple steps:
1. Always choose a complicated password that is not easy to guess, with atleast 8 characters and a combination of numbers and alphabets. Avoid using personal details that other people know. You never know who's trying to get into your account!
2. When you register, enter a working email address that you check regularly. That way, even if you forget your account details they can be emailed to you.
3. Do NOT keep your password the same as your username! And don't write your password on anything - paper, a computer, a wall. Just memorize it and don't tell anyone (like you did for your exams).
4. Never share your password with anybody, including anyone who says he/she is in admin or GM. Crazy Kart GMs and Zapak employees will NEVER ask you for your password or personal details.
5. Always make sure your PC is free from spyware and keyloggers by running regular scans and not opening any suspicious files or websites. Be careful when you play at a cybercafé or on a PC you are not familiar with. If you are not sure about the security of the PC, don't use it.
6. Try and change your password regularly, preferably once a week.
Despite all these precautions and safeguards, if you still get hacked, just send an email to customercare@crazykart.in with the following details:
1. Your username and your real name
2. The date and time when your account got hacked
3. The last time you logged in and from what location e.g. a Cyber Café, home etc.
4. Whether your account has been hacked before and if it was while you were playing from the same location.
We cannot promise to restore your account, items, GP or CP but we will surely try to find out the details of your account if they;ve been changed.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Players should take care to safeguard their own password as they will be responsible in case of misuse of their account due to exposure or loss of the password. The company takes no responsibility for the same and in case of a complaint from the player the company will try to resolve the problem and the company's decision on the same will be final and binding. |
