Crazy Comic Captions

Fancy yourself a quick-witted comedian? Do the zingers and one-liners fly from you at lightning speed? Turn your stellar sense of humour on the tracks and create some Crazy Captions!

Take funny screenshots of the game and create your own comic by adding a caption, speech balloons, or anything you can think of. The 3 most well done ones, which get a good laugh, make us think, or just look really cool, will be the winners!

Pit-Stop Story-Teller

Enthrall your audience with your powerful words and colourful imagination. Weave a tale of wonder and thrills about the great World of Crazy Kart.

Write an original story using the various elements of Crazy Kart (like maps, avatars, karts, etc.). It can be about anything you want – a personal adventure, a fantasy story about the characters, how the maps were discovered, ANYTHING.

You can use as many or as few of these elements as you want. Let your imagination run wild!

Picasso of the Racing Tracks

Ah, with paper and palette do your talents lie? This one’s for gifted artists to try. Create a stunning work of art with Cray Kart as its theme. Use any medium you like to breathe life into your dream.

You can send us an original hand-made drawing, a scanned image of your artwork, draw something using a graphic program, or anything you can think of!

Artistic Racers Mega Draw

ALL players who enter the above contests with valid entries will be entered into a lucky draw for amazing prizes!


How do I enter?

The deadline is 25th November. You can take part in as many of the above as you want. Take as much time as you need to perfect your submission before you send it in.

For Crazy Comic Captions, you may upload your completed graphic file to a website such as http://www.imageshack.us and post the link on the competition thread.

For Pit-Stop Story-Teller, you may reply to the competition thread with the full text of your entry.

For Picasso of the Racing Tracks, there are a number of possible ways of submission:

1. If you have created a graphic using a program, upload the graphic file to a website such as http://www.imageshack.us and post the link on the competition thread.

2. If you have created a drawing or painting and wish to send us a scanned copy, please include (along with the entry) a picture of you (or just your hands) holding the actual drawing. This is to prevent people from claiming other’s work as their own.

3. If you have created a drawing or painting and wish to send us the original work, please courier the same to the following address:

First Place Winner (one in each category): 10,000 CP
Second Place Winner (one in each category): 5,000 CP
Third Place Winner (one in each category): 2,500 CP

All those who submit valid entries will ALSO receive a prize as follows:

Crazy Comic Captions – 50 CP per valid entry
Pit-Stop Story-Teller – 500 CP per valid entry
Picasso of the Racing Tracks – 500 CP per valid entry

[Please note: Only valid entries (i.e. those deemed acceptable as per the category, posted in the right thread, etc. will count towards a prize.]

If we get more than 150 valid entries, we will hold the Mega Draw for a surprise gift!

Rules:

- You can take part in as many of the above as you want.
- All entries must reach us before 25th November, 2009.
- Include your character name, real name, contact number, and address. (You may send the details to us privately if you don’t want to make them public.)
- Please don’t plagiarize. Only submit original story/art work/caption, created by you. If you DO copy someone else’s work, then shame on you! (And also we might ban you.)
- GMs will be the judges of the final winners.
- Keep in mind that entries will be graded on originality, creativity, spelling, and grammar.
- All submissions become the property of Crazy Kart and Zapak.
- Zapak will give full credit to the creators, but will hold the right to use or reproduce the work as they see fit.
- By entering the contest, you consent to the above rules.
